A journal has been the biggest boon for me, it helps me keep track of the day to day, week to week, month to month.

I can also tell when I become disconnected and not engaging with my practices, or doing the habits that are good for me like exercise and good sleep. So helpful!

I also like to use journaling as spellcasting. Setting an “Intention” for the day like “productivity” or “patience” or “balance”. Helps keep the thought top of mind, lets it inform my decisions and general demeanor.
