CBT has been such a beneficial practice for me to use, journaling is such a boon. It really becomes a dialogue with myself on the paper, allows me to place my thoughts and feelings down into a physical format and then look at them more objectively. It certainly helps with the daily dealing. DBT as well, its like casting magic spells on oneself :)
